An ambitious Junior Accountant is needed to assist our finance department by handling daily accounting tasks. You will work with a team of professionals to maintain financial order and transparency for the company. The ideal candidate should have a thorough knowledge of accounting principles, be skilled with numbers, possess MS Excel experience and strong analytical skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
Tax reporting and inventory processing.
Collecting and analyzing data, which is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates.
Advising on estimates for project funding.
Preparing weekly cash flow statements, and controlling expenditure and cash flow.
Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
Examining financial records to check for accuracy.
Prepare monthly accounts for fintech services.
Reconcile backend data with third party statements and intercompany balances.
Assist in preparation of accounts for foreign-related entities.
Prepare quarterly VAT submissions.
Liaise with external auditors for annual audit.
Respond to tax agent queries.
Prepare financial reports for various applications and compliance with regulatory bodies.
Handle bank and client queries.
Perform any other duties as required.
Requirements: -
2-3 years of relevant experience
At least 2 years working experience in the Interior Designing Company is preferred
