Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with property leads and potential clients.
List, market, and promote properties through online platforms and social media.
Conduct property viewings and understand clients’ requirements.
Advise clients on prices, market trends, and suitable properties.
Negotiate offers, prices, and contract terms.
Coordinate documentation and transactions with relevant parties.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and property owners.
Stay updated on local market trends and regulations.
Requirements
Real estate or sales experience preferred.
Valid real estate license where required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
Good knowledge of the local property market.
English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
